Why is the "Start Reporting" button not working?

If you're having difficulty clicking buttons or accessing the reporting link, your display settings may be the cause.

What is the issue?

Screens with higher scaling (e.g., 125%) can affect how links and buttons function in your browser.

How to fix it?

Method 1: Adjust Your Browser Zoom

If you're using Chrome or Edge:

  1. Click the three vertical dots in the top right corner.

  2. In the dropdown menu, adjust the zoom using the - or + buttons. We recommend setting zoom to 100% for the buttons to function properly.

Method 2: Adjust Your Screen Display Resolution

  1. Right-click on your desktop and select Display Settings.

  2. Scroll to the "Scale & layout" section. We recommend setting the scale to 100% for the buttons to function properly.

  3. Refresh the page on browser or reopen the link.

Once the change is made, the link should function correctly, allowing you to access the report.
