# How to Calculate Electricity Usage for a Rented Office Space

## This is how to calculate electricity usage for your office when renting space in a building.

1. Determine the percentage of your office area relative to the total floor plan.
2. Multiply the total electricity usage for the floor plan by that percentage.

You can obtain the total electricity usage for the floor plan from the Office Manager, Floor Manager, or Building Manager.
