How can I regain access to my unsubmitted report?

Need more time to complete your report? No problem! You can access your report as many times as needed before submitting it.

This feature is available only to users invited by their customer to fill out a report on our platform.

If you’ve received a request from your customer to submit data but haven’t submitted it yet, your previously entered data is saved and ready for you to continue. Here’s how to regain access:

  • Use the original email: If you still have the email from your customer where you initially received the request for sustainability data, simply click the "Start Reporting" button in that message. This will take you back to your in-progress report. Rest assured, clicking the button doesn’t mean you need to start over.
  • Request a new link: If you no longer have access to the original email or link, contact your customer (the one who sent the original request) and ask them to resend it.
