# I received another request from a different customer. Can I get my data from previously submitted report back so I can reuse it?

**This function will only be available to paid users.**

Yes, once you upgrade to a **Professional account**, you can easily reuse and share your previously reported data.

You can upgrade to a Professional account by clicking the same link used to submit your report. Once your profile is upgraded, all the data you’ve entered will be saved, and you’ll be able to share it with the customers who requested it. This makes responding to requests faster, easier, and more consistent — while saving you valuable time.
