Guide for Invited Users: How to Fill Out a Report on Our Platform
Step-by-Step Guide to Filling and Submitting Data Upon Request
Steps to Start Reporting:
- If you receive an email from your customer with the subject “Request Report”, click the “Start Reporting” button.
- You will be redirected to the Compera app page.
- Once there, click the “Start Reporting” button again to proceed.
Sections in the “Data Supplier Report Form”:
The report consists of five distinct sections:
- Company Info
- Climate & Environment
- Waste Management
- Internal HSE
- Compliance Assesment
Additionally, there is a tracking section where you can monitor the reporting progress. Each category has a linear progress bar that updates as you enter data. Once all data is completed, the progress percentage will reach 100%.
Filling in Data:
- Click the “Fill Out” button under the respective category.
- Enter the required data in the input fields.
- To move to the next section, click the “Next” button at the bottom right of each category.
- Tooltips are available in each section with brief descriptions of the required data.
- After completing all five sections, click “Close Report” to return to the “Data Supplier Report Form” page.
Submitting the Report:
- Ensure that the progress bar for each section reaches 100%.
- Click the “Send Report” button, located at the bottom left corner.
Once sent, your report submission is complete.
