# How do I share my sustainability data with my customers?

**This function will only be available to paid users.**

To share the completed report with another customer, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your profile (make sure you have already created an account).
2. Go to "Reporting & Objectives" → "My Company Reporting" and ensure the report is completed.
3. Go to "My Company Dashboard" → "Incoming Requests for Data". Here, you will find a list of all requests sent by various customers. Find the request from your customer and click the "Approve" button next to the customer's name to share the report. Below, you will find an example of how this looks in the app.

Make sure your customer sends the request to the email account you used to create the profile.

Please note that a company sharing account feature is part of our product development roadmap. Once available, it will make reporting even easier!
